Program Description
United Freight Service, LLC (“United Freight Service,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates a text messaging program used to communicate with drivers, driver applicants, customers, and carrier partners. Messages relate to load assignments and dispatch updates, pickup and delivery appointments, scheduling changes, check calls and status requests, account and setup information, driver recruiting and application status, and other operational updates connected to your relationship with United Freight Service.
By enrolling, you consent to receive text messages from United Freight Service at the mobile number you provided.
How to Opt In
You may enroll in the United Freight Service SMS Program by:
- Checking the SMS consent box on a form at ufservice.com
- Checking the SMS consent box on our driver application
- Checking the SMS consent box on a customer or carrier setup packet
- Texting START to (804) 220-9943
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of doing business with us, or of any purchase or service. You may decline SMS messages and still apply, hire, book, or work with United Freight Service.
Consent applies only to the specific program you enrolled in and is not transferred to any other party.

Message frequency varies based on your activity with United Freight Service.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. United Freight Service does not charge for the messages themselves. Charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from United Freight Service. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will receive no further text messages from the program. If you want to rejoin, enroll again using any of the opt-in methods listed above, or text START to (804) 220-9943.
